EMI Filter
TVS Arrays

ProTek offers TVS protection and EMI Filtering all in one package. They are designed to suppress unwanted EMI-RFI signals and provide electrostatic discharge and electromagnetic interference protection in portable electronic equipment. EMI Filter/TVS arrays are available in space saving footprints, which are ideal for use in SMART phones, tablets and laptops.

These devices have been tested up to 25,000 volts of contact ESD conditions. In addition, EMI Filter TVS Arrays were designed to meet ESD immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-2 (Air – 15kV, Contact 8kV) and EFT immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-4 (40A, 5/50ns).
