Overview

PSR3.3

The PSR3.3 is an ultra low capacitance (typically 1.5pF), transient voltage/steering diode suppressor array. This device provides circuit protection for interfaces and high-speed data line applications in handheld electronics. The PSR3.3 has a working voltage of 3.3V and offers protection in a SOT-143 package. This device meets the requirements of IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge). The PSR3.3 offers a ultra low capacitance solution for applications with higher operating frequencies or faster edge rates where insertion loss and signal integrity are a serious concern.
