PLED508U

The 5 Volt, PLED508 provides ESD surge protection for LED applications. The small footprint - 6 mil thickness - of this device is ideal for protecting LED applications from the damaging effects of Electrostatic Discharge transients. Developed specifically for high-density circuit protection, the unidirectional PLED508 meets the IEC 61000-4-2 requirements.
