P0402V Series

The P0402V Series is an ultra low capacitance ESD component designed to protect very high-speed data interfaces. These devices have a typical capactiance of only 0.05pF (I/O to GND) and is compatible with the ESD immunity requirements of IEC 61000-4-2. Available in an 0402 molded ceramic package configuration, this device offers a small footprint for applications that have tight board spaces such as handheld electronics. The P0402V Series has a high response time as well as low leakage current of 0.10µA.
