Overview

PLR2210

The PLR2210 is an ultra low capacitance TVS array designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces. With a typical capacitance of 0.4pF, the PLR2210 is designed to protect sensitive systems against over-voltage and over-current transient events. The PLR2210 is compliant with IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-6-5. The device is available in a DFN-8 package configuration and offers two line pairs of protection. The PLR2210 is ideal for high-speed port and frequency applications such as Gigabit Ethernet.
