PES1 Series
The PES1 Series are super fast recovery rectifiers. These devices are designed for high frequency rectification and free-wheeling applications for switch mode power supplies. The PES1 Series is IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-4 compliant and available in a DO-214AC package configuration.
