PLR0506LC

The PLR0506LC is an ultra low capacitance steering diode/TVS array. This device is designed to protect high-speed data ports such as USB3.1-Type C, HDMI1.4 and HDMI2.0 against ESD and surge transient voltage events. The PLR0506LC offers integral protection for 6 rail-to-rail data lines, making the devices the best solution within minimal board space. This device meets the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), 61000-4-2 (EFT) and 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements. The typical capacitance I/O to ground is 0.4pF and I/O to I/O 0.25pF at 0Vdcc, 1MHz.
