TRVxx-2LC Series

The TRVxx-2LC series provides ESD, EFT and surge protection for high speed data interfaces. The 15V or 24V thyristor array and steering diode combination device meets IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-5 and GR-1089-CORE requirements. The series can protect up to 2 data lines and is offered in the SOT-23-6 package configuration.
