Overview

PSOT05ULC

The PSOT05ULC is an ultra low capacitance (typically 0.8p), transient voltage suppressor array. This device provides circuit protection for high-speed data transmission interfaces in wired and wireless computing and networking applications. The PSOT05ULC has a working voltage of 5V and offers protection in a SOT-23 package. This device meets the requirements of IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge). The PSOT05ULC offers a ultra low capacitance protection solution for circuits operating at high frequencies and faster edge rates, where insertion loss and signal integrity are serious concerns.
