ProTek offers ultra low capacitance Steering Diode Arrays for high-speed data line and I/O port protection from transients caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Electrical Fast Transients (EFT), Tertiary Lightning and other induced voltages. Steering diodes divert the transient to the power-bus or ground and away from sensitive IC components.

These devices have been tested up to 25,000 volts of contact ESD conditions. In addition, Steering Diodes are designed to meet ESD immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-2 (Air – 15kV, Contact – 8kV) and EFT immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-4 (40A, 5/50ns).
